How to Migrate From Legacy Bablic to Bablic 2.0

Overview

Bablic has launched a new platform that is significantly more feature-rich, intuitive, and user-friendly than our previous solution. We are confident you'll find it superior.

Once transitioned to our new framework, your website will automatically translate into your required target languages using industry-leading neural machine translation engines. Say goodbye to manual text selection, imports, exports, and issues like source text appearing on translated pages. From day one, your website visitors will enjoy a fully translated and seamless experience.

Although the legacy platform remains supported at this time, it is no longer receiving new features and is in the process of being phased out. To ensure uninterrupted service on Bablic, all legacy users are required to transition to the new platform by December 31, 2026.

The conversion process is straight-forward and detailed below. But please don't hesitate to email us at support@bablic.com if you have any questions or need any support.

3 Steps to Migrate:

  1. Create an account on the new Bablic from here. Creating your new account will automatically enroll you in a 30-day free trial on the new platform.
  2. During registration, you will be provided with a new JavaScript snippet that must be installed into the <head> section of your website. This new snippet will replace your existing Bablic code, so be sure to remove the legacy snippet. And for installation instructions on some of the most common CMS platforms, please visit our Implementation Guides.
  3. Privately Preview your website, and go live when you're ready!
