During registration, you will be provided with a snippet of JavaScript code that must be added to the <head> section of your website.
If you are not yet ready to install the script during registration, no problem - you can choose "Skip for Now" and do the installation later. Your snippet of JavaScript code can be retrieved at any time from your Installation page (screenshot below).

After adding the code to your site, you’ll be able to preview your translated website without impacting the experience of your users, add and validate any necessary customizations, and go live when you're confident that everything looks good.
